Shipping Policy

We provide Free Standard Shipping worldwide in any amount.

The total delivery time frame includes the production time (the time it takes to print and package your product) and the shipping time.

Shipping Address

For efficient delivery, we kindly request you to provide a detailed and accurate street address. This will help avoid shipping that may take longer. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a valid street address for shipping.

For international free shipping, we use SF express.

Production & Shipping Time

The production time takes about 7-14 days.

Important Notice

- Order Processing: We process orders from Monday through Saturday. If an order is placed on Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday.

- Communication: Please keep an eye on your email, as we'll notify you if there are any queries regarding your order.

- Packaging Details: Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes depending on the items. If you order a floor mat and a rubber floor mat, for example, these items will ship separately.

- Delivery Details: All our curtains are seamless and shipped folded. If you wish to change the delivery address during shipping, an additional fee will apply.

- Address Changes: If the item hasn't been dispatched, you can change your delivery address free of charge by contacting our customer service. However, once the item has been shipped, there will be a $13 fee to amend the address, as we need to pay third-party logistics providers for this service.

- Import Duties: It's important to be aware of your country's import duties to avoid unexpected charges. We are not responsible for duty, or tariff fees imposed at international borders.

- Delivery Variations: Please note, even within the same country, delivery times may vary by 1-3 days depending on the destination address.

- Shipping Delays: In rare instances, there may be unpredictable shipping delays. While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies. We do not refund or reissue orders due to delivery delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will assist you in tracking it and potentially submitting a lost shipment claim.

- Lost Shipments: If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it and potentially submitting a claim. If confirmed lost, we will help you get the items reissued or returned for a refund.

- DHL: If your order hasn't arrived within one month of the dispatch date, we can assist you in investigating the issue with DHL. Please email us at support@enacoustic.com with your order's tracking number and details of the missing package. DHL's response time can take 2 or more business days. If your order is confirmed lost by DHL, we will assist you in having the items reissued or refunded.

If your order hasn't arrived within one month of the dispatch date, we can assist you in filing a claim with SF Express. However, claims won't be accepted after 1 month. You'll need to fill out a form to provide a detailed description. 

- Additional Note: By placing an order, you agree to our processing time, return policy and shipping policy.

About Taxes:

We choose package tax express in European countries, so you don't usually have to pay it. The tariffs in Canada, Mexico, India, and Brazil is usual, and specific tariffs are regulated by the price of goods. We will try to ensure the interests of our customers.

Please note, it's your own responsibility to find out about the import tax situation in your country.
